He served Pakistan Navy and Ex-Vice Chancellor Bahria University Islamabad. He received Sitara-e-Imtiaz Military and Dr. Sajid Mehmood is Experts of Maritime Security he is also the Chairman “Center of Research & Innovation in Maritime Affairs (CRIMA).
